Pomodoro Technique: what is it and what is it for?

  The Pomodoro technique is a system, worth the redundancy of time management, which aims to improve productivity, whatever the work that is done. It was invented by Francesco Cirillo at the end of the 80s. Basically,  the promodoro tracker   is about using a timer to divide any activity into regular 25-minute intervals, each followed by 5-minute rest intervals. The intervals of work are called pomodoros. Every four pomodoros longer pauses are made. Mechanics of the Pomodoro Technique. Simplifying the above explanation, this technique consists of five stages: 1. You decide the activity that you will carry out. 2. You put the programmed timer so that it sounds after 25 minutes. 3. You work intensely on the activity, without distractions and totally focused, until the timer goes off. Make a mark so that you are clear about which pomodoro you have completed. 4.
